PE foam tape is a polyethylene foam backing coated with aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive, used for gap filling, sealing, mounting, and vibration damping. Our PE foam tape offers soft conformability to irregular surfaces, good initial tack, and stable holding power across a moderate temperature range. It is widely used in automotive interior trim, HVAC sealing, electronics cushioning, and building applications. Available in several thicknesses and widths, with white, black, or gray foam and a release liner for clean die-cutting. We support custom slitting and die-cut shapes to fit your assembly.
